In a traditional olive growing region for centuries, our extra virgin olive oil is produced since 1895, taking consideration of one of the highest quality olive oils of Andalusia.
Our olive oil is extracted only by advanced mechanical processes, from the best olives, harvested at its optimal maturation time. No preservatives or stabilizers.

VARIETIES: A noble Olive Oil, where the body and character, provided by the variety Picual, are influenced by the presence of a little Lucio.

TASTE NOTE : It has an intense green olive fruity, with fig and fresh wood notes. In mouth, it has a well-defined bitterness and sharpness, and a long aftertaste.

DÉLICO - EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Taste it and live the experience of trying authentic natural olive juice. It is Extra Virgin Olive Oil from picual variety, which is straightly obtained from the fruit by mechanical procedures only.

ELLABORATION
Délico production process aims at obtaining the maximum quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The selection of the olives to be used is just the beginning. The fruit is picked from the tree in the best moment of ripeness. Olives which have fallen on the ground and can risk its superior quality are not used for Délico. Then, we follow with the obtaining of the olive juice through mechanical production systems, whose result is Délico, olive oil without any alteration. Finally, Délico is kept in stainless steel tanks in optimum light and temperature conditions until it is packaged.

THE LAND
Placed in a privileged site for the growing of olive trees and for the obtaining of the Picual variety olives: in the very heart of the Jaén province. It has an amazing orography to offer maximum quality olives. It is a land sufficiently watered by its own water wells.

MEDITERRANEAN DIET
Mediterranean Diet was acknowledged as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Mankind by UNESCO on the 16th October 2010.
The extra virgin olive oil is the key element in the culture of Mediterranean Diet.

DÉLICO 级初榨橄榄油

Délico 的生产过程,目的是为了获取最高品质的初榨橄榄油:一开始就对使用的橄榄精挑细选。 在最合适的成熟期摘取橄榄:掉落在地上的橄榄不能成为Delico的原料,以此保障其最高品质。

之后我们通过机械生产系统榨取橄榄汁液,其结果即为Délico,无法取缔的橄榄油。之后Délico被存放在不锈钢容器中,存储在适宜的温度光照条件下直到被包装为止。

Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the finca “Viñas Viejas” in Montejaque (Málaga), mountainous Region of Ronda Province, within the Grazalema Natural Park and Libar Mountain Range.
The oil comes from our own harvest and it is bottled in our modern facilities, complying with all the quality standards required at the handling of such a high quality product.
Variety: 100 % hojiblanca.
Notes: Pure fruity vegetal flavour of fresh herbs in its aroma, slightly bitterness of green fruit, mild spicy and final almond like taste.

Organic handmade oil extracted from millenary olive trees that grow among dry stone walls, rocks and ravines around the western slope of the impressive Montsant mountain in the Priorato of Tarragona. Made primarily with Rojal variety olives and a touch of Arbequina. It is a vigorous variety, productive, tolerant to cold and pests in its area andsensitivetodrought. Ithasgoodperformance and its oil is considered of excellent quality, stable, a peak of bitter, and tasty.

Tasting Notes
Fruity medium-high, with a good balance on the palate between spicy, bitter and sweet. Slight astringency, which can make it seem less sweet than it is, but without fatigue. Very marked secondary aromas of grass and vegetables (artichokes, almonds and green herbs) with a touch of ripe banana. Pleasant, globally harmonious.
